Purchases

If the Manager's Pass is locked after purchase, open Settings in the game and use Restore purchase. Make sure you're using the same Apple or Google account. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with the store receipt number. Apple and Google handle refunds through their stores.

Careers and saves

Careers are saved on your device. There is no Simfooty account or cloud save. Delete a career from Saved careers in the game; uninstalling the app removes its local files. A match in progress is not saved minute by minute.

Calling a match

Use the live board to follow play. Change tactics, make substitutions and give touchline orders during the match. Pause when you need to think and check the heat maps to read the shape of play.
